Our Purpose

CMT/ABATE is a statewide 501c4 non-profit organization. We are dedicated to the idea of promoting motorcyclists rights and motorcycle safety and awareness. Our members organize fund raisers to support Legislative inititives that concern all motorcyclists. We have fun and also work together to help the less fortunate people in our community. This year our Charter donated a pile of toys, food and money to charities in our communites. Last week we had a benefit for our brother Jimmy Murphy to raise money for his medical bills. We would like to thank the VFW,and everyone that volunteerd their time and donated to help "Jimbo".Special thanks to Southern Smoke, T.K.O,Glenda Montgomery and Tim Daley for the Jammin Music. We all had a good time and helped our friend.

Organization Purpose

0ur political agenda is to promote legislation that concerns all motorcylists.This includes a persons right to determine for his/her self the safest way to ride. To achieve this we are attempting to modify the helmet law- For more information on this - use the link below.

Our mission is to further promote the interests of our organization and our members to the community. We strive to make a difference by educating motorists, motorcyclists, legislators and the general public the truths about motorcycling and to lobby in the interest of all motorcyclists Constitutional rights and protections.

I'm tired of hearing it said that democracy doesn't work. Of course it doesn't work. We are supposed to work it.
